I teach yoga, meditation and stretch (since 1996) and developed a system to help women build coping skills and a positive mindset. You can check out my website here.
I like to get in the car and watch the trees whiz by. I like the beach and boating or golf and I spend embarrassing amounts of time watching the sky. Being in nature is a daily priority. It’s grounding and harmonizing and opens the mind.
Finishing a book about my perspective on yoga, publishing my first board game, nurturing my business, and traveling.
No, I do my worrying during the day. Nights are for relaxation.
I suppose it’s my resilience and my ability to be happy.
I read books about business and research industries I’m interested in. Sometimes I read self-help books and books about yoga and philosophy. I love a good novel. Maggie O’Farrell’s Hamnet was beautifully written. Her ideas about relationships and grief are intricately expressed. I think I’ll read that one twice. I also listen to books on audible. Last weekend I drove to Virginia and listened to Mae Musk's book, A Woman Makes a Plan. I thought I’d hate it but it was strangely relatable and uplifting.
I googled Row-N-Ride after a client told me about it. It’s a small exercise machine that cost 98.00. There was free next day delivery so I bought it. I seriously never shop on line.
Huh? What’s a vice?
I don’t have secret talents but I can brag that I’ve only one cavity- got it in 1976.
